This policy explains what information the iOS game Whack a Mouse: Cat Paws (the "Game") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Game is published by Sevginur Ak ("we", "us").
The short version
- You don't create an account, and we never ask for your name, email, phone number or contacts.
- Your progress (levels, stars, boosters, hearts) is saved only on your device.
- We use Google AdMob to show ads and GameAnalytics to understand how the Game is played. These services collect some device and usage information, described below.
- Ads are personalized only if you allow tracking when iOS asks. You can change this at any time.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Information collected
Saved on your device only
Game progress, settings (music, sounds, vibration) and purchase status are stored on your device. They are not sent to us. Deleting the Game deletes them.
Collected by our partners
- Device identifiers (the advertising identifier, IDFA, only if you allow tracking; otherwise a non-personal ID). Collected by Google AdMob and GameAnalytics, for showing and measuring ads and for game analytics.
- Approximate location (country or city, from your IP address). Collected by Google AdMob, for showing ads relevant to your region.
- Game interactions (levels played, results, boosters used, ads watched). Collected by GameAnalytics and Google AdMob, for improving the Game and measuring ads.
- Advertising data (ads shown and tapped). Collected by Google AdMob, for showing and measuring ads.
- Purchase events (which item was bought and its price). Collected by GameAnalytics, for understanding which offers players like.
- Crash and performance data. Collected by GameAnalytics and Google AdMob, for fixing bugs and keeping the Game running well.
None of this is linked to your name or identity. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising and tracking
The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. Before any ads load:
- Players in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland see Google's consent form and can accept or refuse personalized ads.
- iOS asks whether the Game may track you. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, the advertising identifier is not shared and ads are not personalized based on your activity in other apps.
You can change these choices at any time:
- Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iPhone or iPad.
- Privacy choices in the Game's Settings page (shown where the law requires it).

Analytics
We use GameAnalytics to see how players move through levels, where the Game is too hard or too easy, and whether it crashes. GameAnalytics' privacy policy: gameanalytics.com/privacy
In-app purchases
Purchases (such as No ads, unlimited lives and booster packs) are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive only a confirmation that the purchase happened, never your payment or Apple ID details. Apple's privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy
Notifications
If you agree, the Game can send a local notification when your hearts are full again. The notification is created on your device; no information is sent to us. You can turn it off in Settings > Notifications on your device.
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us and we will help remove it.
Data retention
Information on your device stays until you delete the Game. Our partners keep the data they collect for the periods described in their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to its use. Because we don't hold information that identifies you, the quickest options are:
- Turn off tracking or change your ad consent (see "Advertising and tracking").
- Reset your advertising identifier in your device settings.
- Delete the Game to remove all data stored on your device.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game changes. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
